Beauty Bark Blowing RulesBlowing of beauty bark has caused considerable problems for homeowners upwind of the blowing. The fine dust released when blowing is employed drifts upwind and coats everthing in its path with a thin layer of brown dust - this includes decks and patio furniture. In the event a homeowner is not forewarned and his/her windows have been left open, the dust covers everything in the rooms and leaves a thick layer of dust on the blinds. We would prefer it if you would not have beauty bark blown. But if you must, please try to do it on a day without a breeze and PLEASE notify all of your surrounding neighbors in advance so they can close their windows.CC & R Non-Compliance Fine StructureA link to the non-compliance fine structure for architectural and landscape issues has been added ot the left. Please review.Yard/Slope UpkeepPlease continue to keep your lawns mowed and edged. Slopes must be cut back when growth exceeds nine inches. If possible, try to coordinate slope maintenance with your neighbors in areas where slopes are visible. Let's keep our neighborhood looking great. |
