The express purpose of this form is to request approval from the
Architectural Committee for any changes to the exterior of a home including
but not limited to additional structures, porches, patio/deck, paint and
sidewalks/driveways.

Please include in the description of your request form:
1)
Any architectural designs (professional or your own drawings) that illustrate
what you are planning to do.
2) Any paint/stain colors you are planning to use. (If different from the
existing colors of your house)
3) All materials including type of siding, roofing, blocks, etc.
